Return & Refund Policy

Your satisfaction matters to us. Trendzora accepts returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached. Certain items, such as intimate wear or hygiene-related products, cannot be returned. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed through the original payment method within a few working days. For damaged or incorrect items, we will arrange a replacement or refund. We aim to make the process simple and fair.
